Thermal insulating roof panels

IsoAgro panels are recommended for the roofs of agrozootechnical buildings where the minimum roof slope is 7%. This type of panels are available with 3 or 5 ribs and they have one side in fiberglass and the other in pre-painted steel sheet with PUR polyurethane foam core.

  1. Pre-painted zinc coated steel sheet according to EN 10143, EN 10346 and EN 10169 standards in force. Micro profiles: STANDARD.
  2. Core: PUR polyurethane foam (it is not harmful or damaging).
  3. Fiberglass resistant to microorganisms, bacteria or acids that are usually found in farms. Thickness: 0.5 mm. Colour: opaque white
  4. Self-tapping screw with EPDM washer and gasket.
  5. Metal dome with gasket.

Thermal insulating wall panels for cold rooms

The IsoFrig system represents the ideal solution for the construction of cold rooms or storages and of food processing and/or storage areas. “Frigo” type joining provides more thermal insulation.

  1. Pre-painted zinc coated steel sheet according to EN 10143, EN 10346 and EN 10169 standards in force with the following finishes: polyester, PVC food foil, PVDF. Micro profiles: STANDARD, PLISSE, LIS.
  2. Core: PUR or PIR polyurethane foam (it is not harmful or damaging).
  3. Sheet with coverage: polyester, PVC food foil, PVDF.

Advantages and uses of IsoFrig panel system

IsoFrig panel system with PUR or PIR (+RF) fire retardant polyurethane foam for cold rooms offers the following benefits: 

  • High thermal resistance;
  • Mechanical resistance;
  • Does not absorb water;
  • Durable;
  • Can be installed easily and rapidly.

IsoFrig panels are designed for uses at temperatures between -40°C – 0°C. These can be used in areas such as: cold and refrigeration rooms, food processing, strict hygiene fields.    

Panels joint sealing:

- The joining provides thermal insulation;

- Are followed the requirements for cold rooms and storages;

The standard length of the panel is between 2 and 13.5 m. The panels up to maximum 15 or shorter than 2 m can be done only after prior discussions with the technical department.

IsoBit 5 is a panel with 5 ribs and PUR polyurethane foam core for roof that will be insulated with bituminous or other membranes (ex. PVC membranes). The exterior side of the panel is in bituminous cardboard and the other side is in pre-painted steel sheet. This type of panel is installed with the metal part directly on the structure.

IsoBit 5 is designed for roofs with a minimum 7% slope (the maximum slope is specified in the design).

The standard length of the panel is between 2 and 10 m. The panels that are longer than this range can be done only after a prior discussions with the technical department.

IsoSano thermal insulating panels represent the solution for closings, for strict hygiene usages but also an alternative for the roofs of agrozootechnical buildings where the minimum roof slope is 7%.

IsoSano N

IsoSano 3 and IsoSano 5 are roof thermal insulating panels with 3 and 5 ribs that have the interior side in zinc coated sheet covered with PVC film. This type of panels are recommended for agrozootechnical environments given that they are resistant to aggressive factors

IsoSano A is a wall thermal insulating panel with hidden fixing. It has the interior side from zinc coated sheet covered with PVC film and the exterior side from pre-painted zinc covered sheet. 

IsoSano N is a wall thermal insulating panel with visible fixing. This type of panel can have one side or both sides from zinc coated sheet covered with PVC film.   

IsoSano thermal insulating panels can be used in environments with up to 100% relative humidity. They can’t be used for surfaces that have contact with UV rays. Thus, their storage needs to be done in covered environments.   

IsoSano panels maintenance

This type of material allow an easy cleaning and has a high resistance to various stains (butter, margarine, vegetable oils, vinegar, lubricants, citric acids, lactic acids, solutions that contain caustic soda, various types of cooking oils, etc.).

Maintenance is recommended to be done with: water and a neutral soap.

Use a soft sponge and avoid aggressive products, namely solvents such as : acetone, toluene, ethyl acetate and other similar substances.
