Thermal insulating roof panels IsoAc 3 with PUR polyurethane foam and PIR flame retardant polyurethane foam  

IsoAc 3 panel is a roof panel with 3 reinforcement ribs. This can be used for all types of constructions where the roof slope is higher than 7%. IsoAc 3 panel has 3 ribs spread over a 1 m width, meeting the requirements regarding normal strength, thermal and aesthetic insulation, representing a practical and economic solution.   

  1. Pre-painted zinc coated steel sheet according to EN 10143, EN 10346 and EN 10169 standards in force. Micro profiles: STANDARD.
  2. Core: PUR or PIR polyurethane foam (it is not harmful or damaging).
  3. Sealing gasket: ensures a good thermal insulation and sealing of the fixing joint.
  4. Self-tapping screw with EPDM washer and gasket.
  5. Metal dome with gasket.

Thermal insulating roof panels IsoAc 3 can be used for exterior closings for a wide range of works such as:

  • Industrial halls;
  • Shopping centres;
  • Storages;
  • Site organizations (prefabricated modules 
  • Cold rooms in the food industry;
  • Socio-cultural constructions (schools, cafeterias, sports halls, etc.).

Widths available

  • 30 - 150 mm.

Sizes available:

  • Length : 2000-13500mm;
    • Admitted deviations:
      • For lengths smaller than3 m: ± 5 mm;
      • For lengths higher than 3 m: ± 10 mm.
    • Width: 1000 mm;
      • Admitted deviations: ± 2 mm.

Main features of IsoAc3 panels:

  • Reduced weight, between 9-14 kg/square meter;
  • Reduced heat transfer coefficient compared to other building materials;
  • Are impermeable to air and humidity due to the high percent of closed cells in polyurethane foam.

Accessories

The products are delivered together will all the accessories necessary for mounting:

  • Metal accessories (platework elements) – are delivered in the same colours as the panels.
  • Fixing elements

Packaging

IsoAc 3 thermal insulating panels are packed by size and colour, directly on the production line and are protected with expandable foil in PE, to avoid any damage of the pre-painted sides. The number of panes in each package depends on their length and thickness.
Note: IsoAc 3 thermal insulating panels up to 15000 mm or shorter than 2000 mm can be done only after a prior discussions with the technical department.

The standard length of the panel is between 2 and 13.5 m. The panels up to maximum 15 or shorter than 2 m can be done only after a prior discussions with the technical department. If the roof length is higher than the standard delivery length of the panels, the roof can be made out of two joint panels by overlapping the exterior roof sheet from the ridge over a 150-250 mm distance depending on the roof slope.

Overlap sizes depending on the roof slope:
– for slope P>15% – minimum overlapping 150 mm
– for slope P≤15% – minimum overlapping 250 mm

Panel notching (cutting the interior sheet and the foam core) at the required distance can be done straight in the factory. The removal of the sheet and foam core on the area that will overlap is performed on site. In order to do the notching, the panels need to have at least 5 m.

Dimensional tolerances according to EN 14509 – 2013:

IsoAc 5 is a roof panel with 5 reinforcement ribs for constructions with high resistance demands where the roof slope is higher than 7%.

Poate fi montat pe structuri înclinate cu pantă minimă 7% (panta maximă este dată de proiect).

  1. Tablă din oţel zincat prevopsită conform EN 10143, EN 10346 și EN10169, edițiile în vigoare. Microprofilare: STANDARD.
  2. Miezul: spumă poliuretanică PUR, PIR (nu este dăunatoare sau nocivă).
  3. Garnitura de etanşare: asigură o bună izolare termică şi etanşeitatea îmbinării.
  4. Holşurub autoperforant cu şaibă şi garnitură EPDM.
  5. Calotă metalică cu garnitură.
