Area Sales Manager

Locations: Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Serbia


We are looking for  Area Sales Managers in the aboves mentioned areas, for TeraSteel SA Romania, part of the largest producer of construction materials in Romania.

TeraSteel is constantly investing in technological development. We produce thermal insulating sandwich panels (complete PUR, PIR and mineral wall-to-roof wool systems), zinc coated profiles, installation accessories and, also, complete solutions for turnkey halls.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing our business in the allocated area by acquiring new clients for our products, successfully maintaining a network of business relations, promoting our products with the support of our marketing department through channels and in ways suitable for the market oft he area.



  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep informed of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback



  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Sales experience in the construction industry required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Valid driving license and car
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback



The package is negotiable, we prefer a services contract relationship, but we are open to other forms of collaboration.
